Requirement:
- 8 years working experience, prefer in manufacturing or supply chain or other related working area
- Bachelor’s degree or above in technical engineering related majors, e.g., industry engineering
- Proactive, down to earth, open-minded
- Good at data analysis
- Is a team leader
- Problem analyzing and solving skills
- Good sense of responsibility and necessary professionalism, able to work in high stress.
- Team oriented (information sharing, experience exchange, help with troubleshooting)
- Can interact effectively at all levels in the organization and culturally diverse people, able to drive, manage and influence people and the problem-solving process
- Is a learner
- CAN DO spirit
- Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- ERP system experience is a plus
